The design is hand painted and then dipped in wax to preserve the art. The tapers are slow burning. They are 12 inches tall. Packaging is a clear bag with a gold ribbon tie.

These candles are wonderful- beautifully done and high quality. They were also packaged nicely especially if you are giving them as a gift. I would definitely recommend them.
